VAC AERO operates extensive heat treating and brazing in Kalisz. This facility provides heat treating and brazing services to the aerospace, military and other high technology industries. We also specialize in heat treating and brazing of superalloys, titanium and other advanced materials.
Processes offered include the following:
- High temperature vacuum brazing of numerous materials including stainless steel, copper alloys, titanium and ceramics;
- Ball tack welding;
- Tempering;
- Stress relieving;

Plasma Spray Coatings



Effective coating solutions require an on-going commitment to research & development and state-of-the-art equipment. This approach has been a key element in the growth of VAC AERO’s coating operations provided to the aerospace and commercial sectors. The complex problems of oxidation and corrosion protection for components that are exposed to harsh service environments require solutions that use the correct combination of coating material and application technique. VAC AERO coating solutions are used in both new part applications and for restoration of service damaged components. Thermal spray coatings are applied using robotically-controlled manipulators for maximum coating integrity. VAC AERO Kalisz offers:
- Air-plasma spray coatings
- Pack aluminide coatings.

Inorganic Paint Coatings



VAC AERO KALISZ offers high-temperature, corrosionand oxidation resistant coatings for ferrous alloys. Paint composition combines thermal stability and hardness along with good flexibility, superior adhesion and excellent corrosion and oxidation protection at high temperatures.
